About ACRDI

Amber Care and Right Development Initiative stands at the forefront of championing the rights and well-being of transgender persons and intersex persons, with a specific focus on those engaged in sex work and trans who use drugs.

Founded in 2022 our organization has emerged as a beacon of empowerment, driven by the commitment to address the unique challenges faced by this intersectionally marginalized community.

To see a well-informed Trans Society free from violence and marginalization, with highly responsible people making history in all walks of life.

MISSION STATEMENT

We aim to contribute to the improvement of the lives of Trans persons towards access to healthcare, rights, safety, and education, through strong activism, advocacy, vocational training, and sensitization.

FOUNDING STORY

Amber Care and Right Development Initiative emerged in response to the pressing need for specialized support for transgender and intersex sex person, acknowledging the intersecting challenges faced by those involved in sex work. Founded in 2022, our organization was born out of the collective determination to address the unique needs of this marginalized community and champion their rights.
